Bagà

Bagà is located in Pre-Pyrenees range, at the top of Alt Berguedà and Barcelona province. The village is at 786 m above sea level and 100km far from Barcelona.

Bagà is in the middle of Bastareny’s river valley, a wide valley at the feet of Cadí mountain range with some iconic mountains very close as Penyes Altes (2.260 masl), Niu d’Àliga  (2.537 masl) and Puigllançada (2.406 masl) and has an extension of 43 squared km.

Alt Berguedà

Alt Berguedà is plenty of nature and culture.

Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and Pedraforca and also other natural attractions will lead you through nature walking, running, cycling, climbing or simply filing your senses with landscapes, colors and smells.
You’ll also find heritage elements and museums to know Alt Bergueda’s from its origin to nowadays: Medieval Town of Bagà, the Museum of the Mines in Cercs are some examples. You can also enjoy traditional festivities with millenial past as Patum de Berga or Fia-Faia.

 

Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and Pedraforca

Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park is one of the biggest of Catalunya. 

Cadí and Moixeró mountain ridges, joint at Tancalaporta pass, create one of the most impressive mountain barriers of the Pyrenees. Their gradients, specially at northern part, create impressive drops with vertical rock walls and deep valleys. Pedraforca, Tosa and Puigllancçada are some of the iconic summits.

Camí dels Bons Homes

Camí dels Bons Homes is a Gran Recorregut route (GR 107) that follows catharism footsteps while crossing the Pyrenees walking, riding a horse or riding your mountain bike.

You can also discover by car the towns where bons homes and bones dones (good men and women). Additionally, you can find in Bagà Centre Medieval d’Interpretació del Catarisme, which is the temathic museum dedicated to catharism.

Cavalls del Vent / Ultra Pirineu

Cavalls del vent is the route that connects 8 mountain shelters of Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park. Total ascent of the route is 5.200 meters in approximately 90km.

Since 2016 you can also do Cavalls del Vent with your moutain bike in a 230km track and 7.000 metres of total ascent.

Ca l’Amagat is a perfect starting and finish point for Cavalls del Vent in any of its modalities: trekking, trail running or MTB.

We can keep your belongings while you’re out in the mountains. We can also help you with logistics and transportation of your baggage in between the stages of the route.

We also have free and closed parking for your bike.

Berguedà Station de Trail

Alt Berguedà is the perfect place for Trail Running, a good example are the internationally and national knonwn races that hosts: Ultra Pirineu, Open Cavalls del Vent, Trail Catllaràs or Trail del Moixeró.

With Berguedà Station de Trail you can discover more than 500km of trails, in 19 marked routes, and including also 6 workshops for begginers and experienced runners.

All routes have a GPS track available for download and are perfectly marked.
